Questions salon owners ask first
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly price for the software. We do not take a percentage of bookings, whether the client is new or returning.
How do I get paid for online bookings and deposits?
You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, so deposits and online payments go directly to you. In the salon you can also record cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, vouchers and wallet payments.
Where can clients book from?
Anywhere you can share a link. Every business gets its own booking page, a QR code for it, and an embed for your existing website. You can also run it on your own domain.
Does it send appointment reminders?
Yes. Email notifications are part of every plan, and SMS reminders are available too. The pricing table shows which plans include SMS.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Staff, rosters, stock and reports are kept per location, and owners can see all sites from one dashboard. Check the pricing table for the number of locations on each plan.
